Technical specification of the natural gas transmission system of B&H:

- Length: dot.gif (807 bytes) 191 km
- Diameter: dot.gif (807 bytes) 406.4
- Designed pressure: dot.gif (807 bytes) 50 bars
- Designed capacity: 1-billion m3/ year

Branch to Kreševo, Kiseljak, Fojnica and Visoko:

- Length: 17,5 km
- Diameter: 219,1 mm
- Designed pressure: 19,6 bars
- Designed capacity: 170-million m3/ year

The present committed transmission capacity to Bosnia and Herzegovina amounts to 750 millions m3/ year, while the pressure at the border transfer station at Zvornik amounts to 26 bar.

The gas pipeline was designed and constructed in compliance with ANSI B31.8, steel pipes were insulated with polyethylene in the works, and the whole system is provided with cathodic protection.

There are 9 metering stations, 12 block-stations and 4 cleaning stations on the transmission system.
