Organization
The managing bodies of BH-Gas are the Managing Board and the Managing Director.
The Managing Board consists of five members appointed by the Ministry of Energy, Mining
and Industry of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Managing Board appoints - subject to the approval by the Government of the Federation
of B&H - the Managing Director and establishes the organization of the company
tailored to achieve as better as possible efficiency in doing business.
The Company is composed of four departments according to the following organization chart:
