The organizational structure of BH-Gas has elements of a formal organizational structure. Through the formal structure, jobs within the company are described and determined (systematization of jobs), sectors are formed and the status of employees in the company is determined, and rules and norms of behavior are adopted. According to the elements of the Company’s organizational structure, the organizational structure of BH-Gas doo Sarajevo is described and shown, according to horizontal and vertical differentiation. Regarding the services themselves, they organize and control the work of their employees, and are under the control of sector managers.
