The gas production and transport company “BH-Gas” doo Sarajevo operates on the basis of recognized ethical values, which are adopted by the Code of Ethics.
The Code is applied when performing all duties in the business of BH-Gas doo Sarajevo and contains mandatory provisions in accordance with the Law on Public Enterprises in the Federation of BiH and the Company’s Statute.
It regulates the principles and codes of conduct and applies to all employees in the Company, authorized individuals and representatives appointed by the Company to perform certain tasks, all members of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the Audit Committee and other persons contractually connected with BH-Gas doo Sarajevo.
